За время своей работы я заметил, что некоторые паттерны в предположениях и выражениях людей ведут к негативным результатам в области разработки продуктов. Я собрал их, изучая различные компании.

Мой бэкграунд может прояснить почему я, вдруг, пишу об этом. На работе я руковожу процессом разработки в широком смысле. Так же, я контролирую пулы проектов, и еще я занимаюсь бизнес анализом.

Моей целевой аудиторией является каждый, кто принимает участие в обсуждениях идей и решений, лица принимающие решения и менеджеры.

Сегодня мы собираемся обсудить: как же определить тот момент, когда у кого-то есть неверное предположение или намерение в контексте разработки продуктов, и каковы результаты подобных ситуаций. Так же, мы обсудим возможные способы «лечения» проблемы.

Reasoning patterns, that make unsuccessful products

After a while, I'm greeting my readers again. If you haven't been one yet, I'm pleased to meet you.

During my career I've noticed, that some patterns in people's assumptions and expressions lead to negative outcome in the area of product development. I've learned these patterns, while collecting information about different businesses.

My background can clarify why I've come up with this topic. At work I'm managing the development process in a broad sense; I'm managing projects pools, and also I'm doing business analysis (2014).

Everyone, who participates in discussions of some ideas or solutions, decision makers, and managers, belong to the target audience of my article.

Today we are going to talk about how one can identify the moment, when somebody has a wrong assumption or intention in context of product development. And what the result of such a nasty situation might by. Also we are going to discuss possible solutions.

Hello everyone! I'm pleased, that you are reading these lines. I'm sorry for the excessively pompous epigraph, but I want to talk to you about the topic, which can't let me go.

Very often I hear people saying: `We shouldn't care about good code and system architecture, because we don't know whether the product will be a popular or not...`

Or something like this: `We will care about code and architecture in the next iteration, because the Sacred Agile allows us this trick...`

Yes. I want to talk to you about the “Technical debt”. And moreover, it would be great to hear your opinion about my thoughts and assumptions.

Let's assume that somebody created a product. He or she has done it with both or one of two assumptions: `agile let me not to think about architecture and code` (I still don't understated where people finds out something like that in agile), and `i think about it when the product shoots up` (But they don't usually fulfill the promise, because there is always something, that is more important).

About migration of LXC containers from Ubuntu to Debian...

Hello everyone who reads me! Thank you for that!

I moved my virtual machines from my tablet pc with ubuntu to my brand new server with debian. I probably should mention that I use LXC for virtualization.
It isn't a real server of course. It is just an old pc which is sitting and whirring in the hallway of my flat near the router.
When I was moving my containers, I easily found out that you should tar and untar a container with --numeric-owner flag, because you just simply can’t move a system. But I’ve stuck into DHCP configuration.
Debian wiki have a suggests about bridge configuration for LXC.
But it is all about static ip configuration. And this guide doesn’t work with isc-dhcp-server on Debian testing (now it is Jessie on the 10th December 2013).

Simplified test-set for Magento 1.8.0.0 (MTAF based)

Some days ago I finished my work with Simplified test-set for Magento 1.8.0.0 which is based on MTAF. Because I don't have a lot of free time, it turned out, that it is a quite long project. I had spent about a month before I got a passable result. But I’m not quite sure, that, if I had had more time, I would have made it quickly. Because the most time I was trying to be sure that I have about 5 hundreds tests working together.
